Reservation Instructions

Please note that we have implemented a new online reservation system. All user information is collected according to the NIH shared resource guideline. You will need to provide a Columbia internal ARC project number (8 characters) followed by the ARC project activity (2 numbers) without any dashes or spaces if the service is fee-based. If you don’t know the ARC Chart String information, please contact your PI or your department administrator. If you are a non-Columbia user, you can pay the service with a check. Please enter twelve zeros (000000000000) to indicate that your payment will be check.
